Liquid Matte Lipstick - Eveline Cosmetics Velvet Matt
I am giving this product 2 stars solely because it was a gift. The shade 421 is extreme and does not suit me. The lipstick itself is not great - it takes multiple dips of the brush to get enough product, and the formula is not dense and tends to clump. I had to dip the brush about 7 times just to apply it to my lips, which is something I have never experienced before. The lipstick is not sticky, but like any matte lipstick, it does dry out the lips a bit, and you can feel it. Honestly, I wouldn't buy this lipstick with my own money, and as a gift, I'll probably just throw it away. It's terrible.
The lipstick is amazing. It does not dry out the lips AT ALL. I used one completely, only used it and my lips are in excellent condition. I ordered 2 more of the same (shade 423 - such a beautiful caramel color!). Each lipstick came with a gift - an excellent mascara. I use the same one and it's a great product. Thank you, Makeup!

I really liked it. I'm not a fan of matte lipsticks. I don't like how they dry out the lips. But, surprisingly, this one doesn't dry them out at all. It feels very comfortable on the lips! Even after a long period of time, you don't even feel it on your lips. I really wasn't expecting such an effect!

I had been waiting for a long time for the range to include shades like this. And I finally got the highly desired shade 413. The color is completely different from what my monitor showed - a beautiful pinkish-lilac tone in reality, but closer to a bright, reddish-pinkish shade. It's a beautiful color, but not for me. I received my 3 lipsticks and was pleasantly surprised by their quality. They feel light on the lips, have a beautiful matte finish, and come in natural shades. I got shades 413, 412, and 417. They dry quickly and are easy to apply. I will definitely be getting more shades! They are super affordable compared to the ones sold in stores here, which are 20 UAH more expensive. Thank you, store!
