I find that regular micellar water removes mascara better for me. Two-phase products somehow leave mascara residue in clumps, and some of it remains at the base of my eyelashes. I bought it after reading that two-phase liquids are better for the eyes, but I find it uncomfortable to use. And yes, I shake it before moistening the cotton pad.
The product struggles to remove waterproof makeup effectively. It fails to provide a sensation of a "clean face." It seems like a foolish attempt to save money at the expense of one's own skin.
The best product I have ever used! I have been buying it since it appeared on the market. It removes waterproof mascara very well without leaving any trace. It does not irritate or redden my eyes and eyelids.

This is my go-to eye makeup remover for the past two years. It effectively removes all traces of makeup without causing any stinging sensation or leaving the eye area excessively oily. After using it, there are no panda-like smudges around my eyes. I don't have to spend a lot of time rubbing my eyes, and I am extremely satisfied with this product, 1000%. I will continue using it in the future. One bottle lasts me around 2.5-3 months.
Terrible! The next day was a disaster, even though the night before everything seemed fine. I had dark circles under my eyes. And people wrote about it in the reviews, which I overlooked. Before trying this product, I ordered a similar two-phase liquid from the manufacturer Mika - in my opinion, the perfect makeup remover for the eyes.

This product is the best that I have tried. It removes waterproof mascara in no time. My friend tried it and didn't like the greasy residue after removing it. However, I remove it with regular toner as toner doesn't remove waterproof mascara.
It also works if you have a "panda" effect under your eyes at the end of the day - you can easily remove smudged eyes by dipping cotton swabs into the product.
I have tried other two-phase products, but no, I won't change this one.
I have to say: this mascara smudges and stings if it gets into your eyes, but it also leaves black circles under your eyes from the mascara. I have to wash it off with liquid soap afterwards. I am disappointed!

The only downside I discovered today with Ziaja is the faulty lid, it doesn't screw on properly. I left the new bottle on my bed (only used it once), my cat jumped on it, and the bottle tipped over, spilling half of it onto my sheets. What a waste! In conclusion, it's only suitable for keeping on a table, not for traveling. That's why I'm giving it 1 star.
Unfortunately, this product did not work for me at all. I don't use waterproof mascara, but I still have to rub my eyes. I try to avoid this, so my makeup removal process for my eyes is to wash my face with a scrub, and then wipe off any remaining makeup with this liquid. The only good thing is that it doesn't sting my eyes and doesn't feel greasy like other two-phase products. It runs out quite quickly on its own.
Do not buy this product, it is very poor quality. It does not effectively remove eye makeup. I had previously used a dual-phase eye makeup remover from the same brand and I really liked it, so I thought this one would be even better. However, it only left me disappointed.

I didn't like it. It feels heavy and the top part runs out quickly. The flushing power is not very good. I don't recommend it.
