Golden Rose Dipliner Liquid Eyeliner Eyeliner

I bought this eyeliner for the first time, but unfortunately, it didn't work for me. However, I must give it five stars for the fast delivery.

I wasn't expecting anything extraordinary for this price, but after the first attempt, I don't want to use this eyeliner anymore. The liquid dries quickly on the brush and smudges heavily on the eyes, even at the bottom. It's terrible to wipe off, and no matter how careful I am, it ends up getting all over my eyes. I've had excellent eyeliners for the same price before. I don't recommend this one, it applies poorly and is even worse to remove.
