Great conditioner, makes hair smooth and shiny.
Thank you Makeup for the timely delivery! As for the balm, it's decent, but nothing more than that. I bought it as part of a set with the shampoo and mask from the same series. The product is alright, but it's not any better than a "mass market" brand, like Loreal 6 oils, for example. I have slightly wavy hair, and after using Wella Oil Reflections Luminous, it tends to get a bit frizzy. I didn't notice the shine I was expecting either.
This conditioner is amazing. The consistency is like a mask, not watery at all. After using it, my hair becomes soft and shiny, with a pleasant perfume scent. The only downside is that it is quite a high consumption product.
The balm is not bad, but definitely not worth the money. It just softened my non-dyed, fluffy hair, but it didn't make it shine more and the ends remained fluffy.
I bought this product based on the reviews, and I made the right choice. After using it, my hair became shiny and soft. I am very satisfied with the results :) I also like the fact that it doesn't need to be left on the hair for long.

A decent balm indeed! It worked perfectly for my bleached hair, which was in fairly good condition. As for the amazing scent, I would argue that it is just a typical, neutral fragrance. However, I am very pleased with the quality of my hair after using this balm. It feels smooth, flowing, and tangle-free, just like silk. This is a highly commendable product.

It worked perfectly for me. My hair is dyed blonde, porous, thin, and dry.
I follow all the instructions, with a small addition. I apply the conditioner to slightly dried hair, distribute it evenly, comb it with a wide-toothed comb, cover it with a plastic bag... and leave it on for 15-20 minutes.
Then I rinse it with water. My hair is smooth, shiny, and vibrant.

This is an excellent product for those with dry, stiff, and dull hair that is difficult to comb. After using this conditioner, the hair becomes very soft, shiny, easy to comb, and simply gains a well-groomed appearance. The only downside is that the effect is purely cosmetic and only lasts immediately after application. Therefore, it is not suitable for repairing damaged hair.
The conditioner and shampoo from this series are really cool. They are suitable for lightened hair, but unfortunately, after some time, the hair gets used to them and the effect of smoothness and care is no longer as strong as it was at the beginning.
Wonderful balm! It works amazingly well when used together with the matching shampoo. I leave it on for a good amount of time, around 20-40 minutes, and the results are excellent - my hair feels soft, smooth, and shiny, with a delightful scent! It also helps to tame frizz and nourishes my dry ends perfectly. I don't even need to apply any oil, as this balm provides a better effect on my ends than any other hair mask I've tried. And it's just a balm!
