This is an amazing find for hair. Girls, go for it, you won't regret it.
I bought this mask after hearing bloggers rave about it on YouTube. However, unfortunately, this mask did nothing for my hair. It doesn't make it worse, but it also doesn't have any effect. If used as a leave-in during the curly hair method, it weighs my hair down a lot. And the scent that was praised? Yuck, it smells like oatmeal with milk and banana. The impression from the banana conditioner is the same. But the banana shampoo is really nice, it suits me well, it cleanses well and doesn't cause any itching.
The fragrance is delightful, and there is a noticeable result on the hair.
The mask worked great for my porous, slightly curly, and dry hair.
I am very satisfied with this purchase. It is probably the best thing I have tried from Garnier Fructis. I am confident that I will buy this mask again in the future.
My favorite mask for my wavy-curly hair has been with me for several years now. It effectively restores dry ends, leaving my hair shiny and soft.
Great mask, I didn't expect this!
Mommy gets a passing grade. The fragrance is pleasant and the texture is thick and oily. Unfortunately, it didn't nourish my porous, lightened, and dry hair as much as I had hoped and as it was claimed in the description. I will continue my search.
I bought this product based on the reviews of bloggers who were praising it so much, claiming that it was a great alternative to luxury products. This is complete nonsense! Maybe these people have never used smaller-sized masks or those that are at least four times more expensive. They seem to think that it belongs to the premium segment... But this mask is useless. The only thing it does is make your hair easier to comb through, and for that, I thank it. This is my personal impression, as I usually use Dr.Sorbie and Davines, which are professional brands that are relatively expensive but worth every penny! Unlike this Garnier...
The previous version of the mask was my favorite among everything I've tried. I don't understand why they changed the formula of this wonderful product... even the appearance of the mask is completely different. The old one was more liquid with a yellowish tint, while the new one is creamy and white, and thicker. The scent of the new one is less pronounced. Now, onto the worst part - the performance. I've tried all the masks in this series. The banana one works best for my hair, slightly followed by papaya. Both masks had glycerin at the beginning, as well as more expensive oils (not like the current sunflower oil). Macadamia and all the other masks in this series, on the contrary, dry out my already damaged hair. The new formula is somewhat similar to pineapple, although I liked it more. I apply the mask on dry hair. The new one forms a film, doesn't get absorbed, and doesn't make my hair shiny. It becomes even more porous. Unfortunately, my blond hair was severely damaged after COVID-19 and a course of systemic retinoids. The previous mask simply revived it. It's a pity they changed the formula. I panicked and ordered 15 jars of the old version and 5 papaya ones, as they also changed it. Maybe if you have different hair needs, it might work for you. However, keep in mind that the mask is drastically different. I tried the Botanic series magnetic charcoal. I'm thrilled. It moisturizes and makes my hair silky. But it's not my favorite banana one. I probably shouldn't hope for them to bring back the old formula - it's futile. But I would really like it.
The hair after using this mask is simply terrible. It creates an oily effect.
I haven't used it yet, but what surprised me is that there is no protective film under the lid.
I decided to try a silicone-free hair mask. Well, I have to say that it doesn't provide smoothness to my hair. It tends to get tangled, but it does leave my hair feeling soft.
I decided to give this product a try and used it for about a month. Unfortunately, instead of improving, my hair became much worse - dry and prone to split ends. It feels like I wasted my money on this product.
I have been dyeing my hair for 15 years because I started going gray early, around 25 years old. I have always used professional care products. Now I have decided to try something different because my hair has become extremely brittle and dry (I think it's due to constant stress and fatigue). Although a friend recommended this product to me and she is satisfied with it, I wasn't expecting miracles. The result? The product pleasantly surprised me. My hair has become softer, less brittle, and it has a moderately sweet and pleasant smell. In terms of consistency, it is somewhat similar to a cream. I leave it on my hair for different durations, ranging from 3 to 15 minutes. Today, I ordered my third pack of it.
The mask works well. I left it on my head for 10 minutes, warmed it with a hairdryer, and then washed my hair with conditioner. After using the mask, my hair became more manageable, softer, and shiny right away. I wouldn't recommend using it as a conditioner because it can make the hair greasy, but as a mask, it's excellent.
I have colored dry hair. I thought maybe this mask could help a little. But the mask is terrible, my hair feels unwashed after using it, even though I rinse it well. The only positive thing is the smell. If you have very dry hair, do not buy it.
This is a fantastic mask, and it's not the first time I've ordered it. The scent is amazing, and it nourishes and softens the hair.
This budget mask is really good. The smell is nice. I didn't quite understand it after the first use, but after using it a second time, I really liked this mask.
I really liked this mask! It is great for its price. I have dry hair and this mask worked well for me.
I really liked the mask. The order arrived quickly, and with free shipping too. Thank you.
Good mask.
This is a really good hair mask, I highly recommend it if you need some "weight" for your hair. It doesn't contain any silicones, and that is the most important thing for me.
I generally liked the mask as it nourishes and makes my hair obedient, but it doesn't give any shine after using it.
I had a skeptical opinion that inexpensive products do not deliver results, but I have exclusively positive impressions about this mask. It has a great aroma, moisturizes and nourishes the hair well, eliminates frizziness, and overall, it is simply amazing for its price.
This mask is really great, I can definitely recommend it. It has a pleasant smell and can be used in three different ways. I usually apply it for 5 minutes and then rinse it off. The hair really becomes much softer and smoother to the touch, and I also noticed that curls hold better after using it.
This mask saved my dry hair, and I could see the effect after the first use. My hair became alive. I use it together with the shampoo from the same line.
The mask is awesome, and the conditioner is also very effective. However, for extremely dry hair, the mask is significantly better because it contains more oils than the conditioner. The scent is barely noticeable, and both the mask and conditioner have a thick consistency. The mask is truly a nourishing essential and there is no need to buy any other products; this one will be sufficient.
There's nothing special about it. I used it for a long time, but I didn't see any significant effects on my dyed and porous hair. The only positives are that it possibly made it softer and has a decent scent that lasts until the next wash. However, it didn't help with hair frizz.
The mask is really cool. The smell is incredible, I will definitely buy another one.
Awesome mask.
This mask is really great. I've bought it for the second time already. It suits my dry hair very well. After using the mask, my hair feels soft and pleasant to touch. The mask has a very delicious scent. I only leave it on my hair for about 15 minutes, then rinse it off, and apply a little bit on the ends of my hair, leaving it like that. The result is simply amazing.
Whoever writes in the comments that it won't work on porous dyed hair is wrong. I have porous dyed hair and this mask is amazing, especially considering its price and size. I fell for the high number of recommendations, and for good reason. The only downside is the smell, which is like a nuclear banana. Firstly, not everyone may like it, especially since the smell lingers on the hair for a day or two. Secondly, it can get a bit overwhelming. I've been using it frequently for two weeks now and I'm already tired of bananas. However, this is purely an individual aspect, so I won't deduct any stars for it since it performs its function perfectly.
This series is amazing, it makes your hair look fresh and well-groomed, just like after visiting a salon.
Oh. The price keeps getting higher and higher. Soon this line will cost as much as professional cosmetics. But, of course, it doesn't have the same effect as professional skincare products - it's just an average mask for nourishing color-treated hair. It maintains volume, but the moisturizing and nourishing effects are mediocre. The hair feels soft, but that's about it. It's hard to comb without using a spray - it doesn't provide enough conditioning. In short, for this new price they are selling this mask at today, you can buy a much more effective one.
The mask is good, but I give it one star specifically for the makeup due to the nearly half-empty jar. It's as if someone opened it and scooped out half of it for themselves at home.
Softens hair.
Nice smell, great composition, but personally, it didn't work for me. Zero effect, maybe because I have porous hair.
This product might be suitable for natural hair, but for colored/dry/porous hair, it's not great. The effect is very average. I gave this mask two chances. All it does is soften. With regular use, my hair lost its shine and silkiness, so I went back to using my other favorite masks in the same price range. This mask is nothing special.
This is a wonderful budget mask. It has a pleasant scent and provides a great effect - soft and shiny hair. It has a good composition and is very economical to use due to its thick consistency.
This is an excellent mask, and the scent is just amazing!
I really like this mask, just like the papaya conditioner from Fructis. However, this mask deeply nourishes the hair and makes it heavier. For my curls, it's an amazing boost!
I didn't purchase it here, but I still want to leave a review. I didn't like the mask! My natural hair became stiff and tangled after using it. I am very surprised by this effect because I really like the aloe mask from the same line.
To be honest, this mask is nothing special. I fell for the good reviews and its popularity on TikTok. It has zero effect.
I apply it to previously washed damp hair for 15 minutes, then simply rinse it off and get smooth, moisturized, and shiny hair! 5 out of 5!
Favorite mask:) I use it on wet hair and leave it for 3 minutes. The bright banana scent is pleasant and accompanies me and my hair throughout the day:) After using this mask, my hair feels moisturized and smooth:) I will definitely buy it again.
I didn't like the mask at all, it made my hair feel like straw. It's the only mask I've ever thrown away in my life.
I have been using this mask for a month now. I have dry ends. The mask nourishes the hair, but there is no wow effect.
The mask is fantastic! Considering that my hair is oily at the roots and a bit dry along the length, this mask suited me perfectly. I will definitely continue using it. I am also thinking of trying the one with papaya.
The makeup is always top-notch! Fast delivery to another city, friendly couriers, and a wonderful selection. Thank you!
The mask is simply superb. I have dry ends, and the mask worked wonders on them. I am very satisfied. The hair smells lovely after using the mask.
The scent of this mask is luxurious, and I really liked the mask itself. I followed the bloggers' recommendations and kept it on my hair for 30 minutes, and the result was very pleasing to me. I'm not sure if it was solely because of the mask, as I also used a conditioner from a different brand and an orange-packaged hair cream from Garnier.
Rating 3 solely for its delightful scent. It doesn't provide any effect on the hair.
I didn't buy it here. It might not be suitable for those who follow the curly hair method. This hair mask is very heavy, and the waves quickly become over-moisturized. It's better to use papaya or aloe for high-porosity wavy hair.
My mom and I have already taken the second jar. We like everything about it - the smell, consistency, and the three different ways to use it. My mom has thin, curly, and dyed hair, while I have thick and excessively greasy hair. It worked for both of us. My mom likes how it moisturizes her hair without weighing it down. I liked how it smoothed my hair and nourished the dry ends. Overall, I recommend it.
Great mask, it moisturizes curly and fluffy hair well, but it doesn't make the curls disappear. The scent is incredible, highly recommended.
I have already used a whole package of this mask - but I wash it off after applying it. The hair is smooth, this mask is like a good conditioner. There are no other advantages, but you shouldn't expect anything extraordinary from a cheap mask.
I bought it from a different store. The biggest advantage of this hair mask is its scent. It is sweet but not overly overwhelming, very pleasant. It stays on the hair for a couple of hours after drying, then fades away. The texture of the mask is very thick and solid, but it becomes softer when applied and doesn't feel greasy. It conditions the hair to an average extent, but it doesn't provide enough nourishment. My hair still feels somewhat stiff, even though it is not colored or freshly cut. I based my purchase on bloggers' reviews about the series of masks and I was disappointed. My previous mask was slightly cheaper, yet the results were much better. I won't be buying it again.
Only a delightful banana aroma. No results.
I didn't notice any results. My hair just started to smell, and that's it.
Good affordable mask.
