Harakeke Toner The Saem Urban Eco Harakeke Toner

I am extremely satisfied! I have sensitive skin prone to allergies, but this product worked perfectly for me. It is great for use during the cold season and after spending time at the beach. I use the entire product line. During the summer, I only use the cleanser and toner for my daily routine. It effectively reduces redness and irritation, to the point that I no longer need to use powder or foundation.

Great toner! It serves as a perfect base for applying serum, emulsion, or cream.

Applying it on the skin feels nice, for the first 5 minutes you even feel the moisturization, but then it becomes too intense. It's as if it's pulling out all the moisture from the skin, completely drying it out. This is despite the fact that I have combination skin. From this series, I only recommend the cream.

This toner effectively moisturizes my dry skin, which is my main requirement for toners. In the summer, thanks to its gel-like texture, it completely fulfills my hydration needs, so I don't use any cream. It also helps to prevent flakiness when applied after cleansing and before foundation.

Of course, it won't work wonders or hydrate fully, but it's perfect for oily skin during the summer!

When applying it, you feel a pleasant moisturizing effect, but it only lasts for a minute. After a minute, the skin feels tight and you immediately want to apply cream. I didn't like it for this price. There are Korean toners that are much better. I won't buy it again.
