I used the entire bottle, applying it twice a week before washing as a mask. It lasted a long time, but there was no benefit for my hair whatsoever.
It has a nice scent, but not of coconut, rather of citrus. It is easy to overdo and make it too greasy. However, if you get used to it, it gives a good shine. It worked great for my curly and porous hair.
