I ordered for the second time, but this time from the Ukrainian warehouse. The eyeliner is new and it draws thin and nicely. The color is a beautiful dark brown. I will continue ordering, but only from the Ukrainian warehouse.

I ordered this product from the EU. It arrived completely dry and doesn't work at all. They only offer refunds to a foreign bank card, so if you don't have one, you have to go through the trouble of opening one specifically for this purpose. Even though I paid in cash to the courier. They can only replace it with another product from the EU, it's not possible to replace it with something from the Ukrainian warehouse. So I had to order from the EU something that I don't really need. Not only did I wait a week for the package, but now I will also have to wait for the courier to come and pick up the faulty product, and then wait another week or even more for the replacement to arrive. This is the kind of care and service quality in makeup.
