I bought the shade 014, which is supposed to be a bright pink, but it looks completely different from the picture on the website. Please, remove the swatches or something. Before this, I had purchased shade 011, which at least looked somewhat similar to the one on the website.

The pencil is as good as always, no complaints. The staff packaged the pencil very well, but it turned out that it was completely without a cap. We managed to solve the problem by taking it off from the old one. But such an attitude is simply disgusting!

Color 001
This product comes in a shade called Color 001. I was initially drawn to this shade because it looked beautiful in the picture. However, upon receiving the product, I was disappointed to find that it didn't match the picture at all. The color turned out to be completely different in person.
Apart from the color discrepancy, I did find some positive aspects of the product. The texture was smooth and easy to apply, making the overall application process a breeze. It also had good staying power, lasting throughout the day without smudging or fading.
Unfortunately, the color issue was a major drawback for me. I had specifically chosen this shade based on the picture, and it was disheartening to see that it didn't live up to my expectations. If you're looking for a specific color, I would recommend being cautious and perhaps seeking additional swatches or reviews before purchasing.

The pencil turned out to be a dark cherry color. The manufacturer is strange, as they cannot provide the seller with proper photos of their product. Customers have to buy blindly. In terms of quality, the pencil is liked - it is soft and long-lasting.
I ordered shade 011 and it differs from the packaging. The color is no longer red, but rather burgundy, wine-like. However, girls... I was only able to remove it with a two-phase micellar water, the lasting power is simply 10/10. The texture is delicate, soft, and very pleasant to apply. I am satisfied and will definitely order more, my expectations have been justified.
