I bought it from another website. I can't say that I am 100% satisfied. But it's not bad. The patches themselves may differ in thickness. They sort of provide a slight refreshing sensation, like there is some kind of soothing effect, but there is no "wow" effect. It's just average. (Expecting a "wow" effect for this price is probably foolish, but a friend bought other products from this brand and she definitely had a "wow" effect, so maybe it varies from person to person.)
