10/10 for moisturizing and scent. I just can't stop smelling my lips, it smells so pleasant. It doesn't cause any addiction (unlike some balms that have this downside).

I agree with the previous review. Besides the cute packaging, there's nothing special about it. It's not very convenient to apply, and there are particles in it. It's also very sweet, but that's a matter of personal preference. I've been using it for a couple of weeks, but I don't see the effects described in the description. It's just a regular balm, better than not having it though. The menthol stings a bit.

I don't understand why it's so expensive, probably because of the original packaging))) It doesn't moisturize anything, disappears quickly, I should have bought Carmex for half the price. Please update the product packaging and ingredients on the website. I just received the balm and the packaging is different, and the ingredients are not as described or shown in the photos. Olive oil has been replaced with sunflower oil. I understand that the manufacturer can change the packaging and product composition, but please remember to update this information in a timely manner, as many people choose based on the ingredients.

I have this silly habit of biting my lips, so they are always chapped and wind-burned. The balm itself doesn't feel heavy on the lips, it's not sticky or greasy. It tingles a little bit, but not for long. It adds a very subtle light shade and doesn't give a strong shine, but it does make my lips look neater and softer. However, I have to deduct one star because of the smell. It's minty, but I was expecting more of a natural mint scent, like the one that grows in grandmothers' gardens. Instead, it smells like Orbit chewing gum, which might be appealing to some people, but not to me. Overall, I liked it and I'm interested in trying other products from this series.

I agree with the reviews that say the balm is not the same anymore. I have something to compare it to as I bought it in America and on the website. It used to be fine before. But this time, I was disappointed with the three balms I ordered. They were not in their original packaging, just wrapped in cellophane. The smell was strange, and all three were not expired, but the smell and feeling on the lips were terrible. I didn't reach out for support because I know you will just say it's the original and that I don't understand quality. It's disappointing.
