The mask arrived scratched and probably already used before it reached me. 1/3 of the jar is empty and it looks like it was thrown around in the warehouse. Additionally, the product arrived dusty. I understand that you have many orders, but it's not difficult to wipe the product for 2 seconds. I no longer have the desire to order anything further.

My previous negative review was deleted, so I'm writing it again. The mask used to be great, but now it's not. I ordered a new jar, and it has a different consistency, color, and smell. And now it DOES NOT work - it doesn't remove frizz and doesn't give shine like before.

Personally, I did not like it at all. I have oily roots and dry ends in my hair. I applied it as instructed, on dry hair, and left it on for the recommended amount of time, even longer. It really doesn't do anything at all.

My hair is thin, fine, and not colored. The length of my hair reaches my shoulder blades, and the top half is in perfect condition. However, the bottom half gets extremely tangled and frizzy, even though I have a straight cut, meaning everything that needs to be trimmed is already done.

The mask is thick and creamy, with a pleasant scent. I only need a tiny amount for my three strands of hair, so it can actually weigh down thin hair. It's necessary to be careful with the roots. Overall, I am satisfied with the mask. It is great quality and doesn't fall for the hype that a pure line is better.

It doesn't make your scalp greasy at all, and your hair looks fabulous even on the second day (those with porous blonde hair will understand - in the morning, your hair goes in all directions no matter how you style it the night before). However, I would like to add one suggestion to the brand: I bought the mask in a full-sized jar for a trial. It would be very convenient if they had samples for masks, shampoos, and conditioners. After all, the products are sold in volumes of 300-500ml, and what should you do with them if the product doesn't work for you? I believe that samples are a way to show respect to customers and it will definitely add even more prestige to this globally renowned brand.
