    The cream moisturizes, but after application, there is a sticky sensation. As for brightening, I'm not sure, it leaves a pearly shine that looks strange under the eyes. I used it intermittently, and sometimes pimples appeared under my eyes, possibly from this cream. As for the composition, it is very good.
