I received my order on 3.01.22. The delivery was excellent! Unfortunately, the complimentary gift cannot make up for the poor quality of the main product. My husband was dissatisfied. We have never encountered such terrible quality before. They do not slip, but they feel like dull blades. I specifically ordered from here because it was stated that the product was made in Germany. However, they are nowhere near close to that standard.

At first glance, these spare parts appear to be normal. However, I noticed that the plastic is black instead of gray. It's worth mentioning that I ordered them a year ago, so perhaps the manufacturer has made some changes.

I have ordered for the third time! My husband is satisfied with the cassettes.
