The strips do absolutely nothing. There is no effect whatsoever. They didn't even remove the coffee stains, not to mention teeth whitening.

The instruction states 30-60 minutes. I strongly advise against leaving it for that long, as it will only make it worse. I left it on for 25 minutes and was disappointed when I removed the strips. Yes, they did whiten as stated on the packaging from the first use. However, there are some stains on my teeth that are very noticeable. It looks really bad. I hope this effect is temporary. Use with caution!
The whitening effect is really noticeable from the first use! However, there are now more visible white stripes and spots on my teeth, which might have already been there but are now more noticeable and brighter compared to the overall tooth color. Because of this, I deducted one star as it doesn't look very good visually if you take a closer look.
