Genuine sesame oil is truly amazing. However, for those with high acidity, it may cause sharp stomach pain. I personally experienced this, but I found relief by taking niacin tablets after meals, which helped with my gastritis. So, you can still use this oil after eating. I purchased it for my gums and use it as a base oil. I also add essential oils like chamomile or clove for mouth rinsing. Previously, I had dental fillings, but nobody explained how to properly care for my teeth and gums afterward. Therefore, rinsing with sesame oil is very helpful in preventing gum and periodontal diseases. I want to emphasize that pregnant women should never use essential oils. Thank you, Makeup, for providing such great oils and fast delivery!
Well, what can I say? I haven't tried it for my face, but I bought it for a hair mask. It's actually a mixture of sesame oil, castor oil, and pepper tincture (or dry mustard powder) in equal proportions. We mix it all together and store it in a box. Once a week, we apply it to the roots of our hair for a couple of hours, wrap it with a warm towel, and leave it like that for a couple of hours. Then we rinse it off with shampoo. After a month of use, your hair will stop falling out. It's a wonderful alternative to expensive products. Plus, it's natural. You're welcome.
This sesame oil is a very good and indispensable hair care product! Apply it to your hair, leave it on for a few hours, and rinse it off with shampoo. If you use it regularly (weekly), you will achieve incredible results: beautiful appearance, shiny and soft hair, and minimal split ends! I highly recommend it :)
Refined sunflower oil from the supermarket shelf. It leaves my skin oily and sticky.
