I bought this tonic a long time ago in Italy, it's rose water, and it's amazing, simply amazing for dry and sensitive skin. I've been searching for it for years here, and finally, it appeared in the makeup section. I highly recommend it! The bottle is plastic, with a touch of old-school, like grandpa's aftershave, but the tonic itself is simply incredible.
