I have been using this product for seven years and I am very satisfied. However, it is a base that needs some improvements. I dilute a small amount of the Base in an empty bottle from the same shampoo, along with herbal products like chamomile, savory, or sage, plus one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, and a few drops of essential oils that I need. I try it as a mixture and the result is excellent. I don't use any other shampoos because I'm scared of their composition. My hair is my pride, thick and shiny. Moreover, the shampoo diluted in this way lathers more easily. I recommend it.
It didn't work for me. My hair is already "addicted" to sulfate-free shampoos. I used it together with this company's vitamins. Also, the conditioner. My hair started to fall out very severely, I won't use it again.
