I ordered the entire argan series a month and a half ago. What can I say? While I can still somehow use the mask and balm, the shampoo didn't work for me at all. I have thick, straight hair that is easy to comb, even with just my fingers. I have never had any issues with this. But after washing with this shampoo, it was a disaster. I couldn't use it for more than a month. It doesn't clean my thick hair well and it is difficult to rinse out from the roots. It leaves my hair feeling and looking dirty. My hair becomes tangled and fluffy, and it is difficult to comb even with the use of conditioner. It caused excessive hair loss, and I think it was because it didn't rinse out properly and remained on the roots. And as we all know, if the roots are dirty and unable to "breathe," hair loss begins. I switched to another shampoo from a completely different brand, and everything returned to normal. My hair felt revived. So the reason was definitely this shampoo. I decided to give it to a friend, as it would be a waste to throw it away. She used it for a week and described to me exactly what I have written here. Therefore, it didn't work for her either. Based on my personal observations and experience, I would not recommend it. But ultimately, it's up to you to decide whether to purchase it or not.
