It should be applied in small amounts and only on damp hair, otherwise it will be harder to distribute and may cause overloading. It reduces frizz, and I like the effect. It is used economically, and it has a large volume. I bought it as an alternative to non-rinse products from L'Oreal and Gliss Kur.
This product is terrible. After using it, my hair became difficult to comb and felt like straw. I had to wash my head again. I do not recommend it, it was a big disappointment and a waste of money!

I really liked this conditioner. The scent and consistency are pleasant. The amount of product, about the size of two to three peas, is enough for my medium-thick hair that reaches shoulder length. After washing with the shampoo from the same brand, I apply the brand's mask, leave it on for 2-3 minutes, rinse it off, gently pat my hair dry with a towel (it doesn't stretch my hair too much), apply the leave-in conditioner, and allow my hair to air dry.
I didn't like the balm. It left my hair dry and stiff. I tried rinsing it off and not rinsing it off, but it didn't make a difference. However, I did like the mask from this series. I've already used 3 jars of it.

Great mask, I've been buying it for the third time already. It nourishes the hair very well, sometimes I don't even use a detangling spray. Overall, the entire yellow line of this brand is very good. I've tried the shampoo, conditioner, mask, and leave-in conditioner - they all work great on my dry ends.
I don't understand the negative reviews at all. Maybe my application will help. Before using this non-washable product, I apply an Organic Fluid with less silicone (any natural non-washable product, such as Ecolab, vitamins in capsules, Siberian nature...) and more oils, and the result is fantastic. The result is excellent!
I really liked the conditioner, it has a thick consistency. I have long, dyed, and porous hair, and it absorbs quickly. And the scent is not overpowering. Definitely will order more.
My hair is light dyed, thin, and porous. The mask from this series is worth paying attention to, I am 99% satisfied. So, I decided to try this conditioner... It's just okay for now. If you don't get the proportion right, it weighs down the hair and makes it look greasy and unwashed. I'll try applying it only on the tips, at least, maybe then the result will be satisfactory.
This is an excellent product. I apply it from the middle of my hair's length, being careful not to use too much. The consumption is extremely economical, and my hair becomes soft, smooth, and easy to comb. I highly recommend it.
I have hair that has been bleached multiple times, reaching below my shoulders, and it is very dry. On top of that, I use a toning shampoo that further dries out my hair. I wash my hair every day and use a hair mask or a rinse-out conditioner afterwards. This product didn't work miracles, but it did an okay job, I would give it a solid three out of five. It didn't make my hair sticky or heavy, it just added a little bit of volume. However, it didn't provide any extra shine or smoothness to my hair. It's not bad, you can give it a try, but it's nothing special.

I use the conditioner together with the shampoo from this series. I have dyed hair that is slightly lightened, and it suits me perfectly. I have a bob haircut, and I applied it twice, using a pea-sized amount each time. It doesn't make my hair greasy or weigh it down (I'm specifically talking about my hair). My hair feels nourished and looks similar to how it does after a keratin treatment - manageable. Interestingly, the conditioner also somehow helped with styling, although it's not designed for that. I will definitely try other product lines from this brand.
