Matte Lipstick - NYX Professional Makeup Suede Matte Lipstick
I ordered the shade "girl bye". The shade doesn't really match what is shown in the photo. In reality, it's more of a burgundy color rather than eggplant/plum like in the picture. It applies in clumps.
I ordered the color 31 Cherry Skies. The color in the product photo is clearly more raspberry, unlike the actual shade that arrived. In person, it looks quite different. However, this color is also not bad. It has no scent. I like how it applies. So overall, it will do.
I didn't buy it here, but I still want to leave a review. This lipstick is awful for the price. It starts smudging almost immediately after application. It seems like it can only be used with a lip liner.
I have shade 18 Doom. The longevity is decent, but because the lipstick smudges, it's only worse. It doesn't dry out the lips though.
Which lip liner would be suitable for this lipstick? Will it prevent smudging?
The lipstick is very moisturizing and has a beautiful, rich color from the first application (no need to layer it). I got shade 11, which is a bomb color, very vibrant. The only downside is that it's a bit difficult to apply without a lip liner, as it tends to go outside the edges and smudge. It may seem like it's not long-lasting, but that's not true! You just need to wait for the lipstick to absorb and set on your lips. I ate and drank with it on without any issues, it didn't disappear.
I purchased the shades Alien and Ex's Tears. Well, black is black and blue is blue, and they matched perfectly for me. The lipstick itself is dry and accentuates any dryness on the lips. It doesn't last long. And in both cases, it needs to be used with a lip liner.
I also didn't like the texture and lack of longevity, and there is also a downside for the color not matching the website. Of course, online it is clear that Orange County is a bright orange shade, which can also be confirmed by "trying on" the lipstick on the Nyx website.
I ordered the shade Brunch me, but it turned out to be lighter than in the photo(( The color doesn't adhere well to the lips, and the lipstick clumps up.
I read reviews before ordering and thought that everyone's experience might be different, and maybe everything would be okay (because the same thing happened with the foundation - the reviews were average, but it worked perfectly for me). But it didn't work out with the lipstick. I just wasted my money. I won't order it again.

The pink shade is called "Clinger," and the chocolate shade is called "Brew."

The shade Soft Spoken is very beautiful. In my opinion, it is the perfect lipstick for everyday wear. It is not super long-lasting, but it does not dry out the lips. The lipstick is very good. I have the shade Stockholm, which is a dark nude with a brick undertone. It applies smoothly, without any patchiness, and gives a uniform matte finish, similar to liquid matte lipsticks in the same shades. However, the longevity is slightly lower for understandable reasons. Overall, even after eating, it still looks decent without needing touch-ups, and it fades evenly when removed.
